Installed all HP drivers from their website, it showed Radeon M but didn't worked. So i did not bothered to take it to the service center. My laptop was working fine with the r5 driver but once out of nowhere suddenly some kind of an issue popped up and then the never ending story of bsod started with thread stuck in device driver.
It took me a lot of time to disable the driver in safe mode. Have you tried giving windows 7 a shot, as i found out that windows 10 does not works that well with the r5 radeon type graphics cards.
